What does a street-interview ad campaign actually cost?
Pricing is per-project — no retainers. Three packages, all 9:16 and built for paid social: Starter $1.5K–$2K (two-day shoot, one location, 3 hero videos + 25 cutdowns), Standard $2K–$3K (three-day, 2–3 locations, 5 hero videos + 40 cutdowns — our most popular), and Growth $3K–$5K (multi-day, multi-location, 7 hero videos + 60 cutdowns). You get a fixed quote on the intro call — no usage fees, no scope creep mid-edit.

How long from kickoff to first ads in market?
Three to four weeks is typical. Week 1: question design, location scout, legal. Week 2: shoot. Week 3: hero edit + vertical pack. Week 4: revisions, captions, deliverable handoff. Rush turns are possible — we'll tell you on the call if your timeline is feasible.

Do you cast actors or interview real strangers?
Real strangers. We set up on the corner, ask a real question, and let the answer do the convincing. The people you see on camera are not paid talent — they're paid intercepts who sign a standard release. That's the entire point.

Where are you based, and where do you shoot?
Sidewlk is based in Los Angeles, and we shoot on real LA streets — Fairfax, Abbot Kinney, Venice Blvd, the Arts District, Echo Park, Silver Lake, DTLA. Out-of-market shoots are possible but rare; the brand voice of the work is unmistakably LA.

Who owns the footage and the ads?
You do. We license you full ownership of the final deliverables for paid and organic use, in perpetuity, worldwide. We retain the right to feature select cuts in our own reel and case studies (and we'll always ask first for client-facing pitches).

What's the deliverable pack look like?
9:16 hero videos (1:20–2:00 each) plus 25–60 short-form cutdowns depending on your package — vertical, sound-off captions, hook in 0.7s, and A/B variant set. All optimized for Meta, TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. 1:1 and 16:9 available on request.

Which brands are a good fit for this?
DTC brands with a visceral product moment — first sip, first bite, first wear, first reaction. Beverage, food, wellness, apparel, beauty, supplements. Less of a fit: B2B SaaS, financial services, anything where the proof is a spreadsheet rather than a face.

Do you handle media buying too?
Yes — we can manage the paid social the creative runs on. Most clients also have their own team or agency running ads, and we slot in alongside that. Either way works.

What if the interviews don't work?
On the intro call we'll tell you, honestly, whether your offer is built for street interviews. If we take the project on, we guarantee a usable hero cut — if a shoot day yields nothing usable, we reshoot at our cost. It has not happened yet.
